Palpitations. Normally, we aren't aware of our heartbeats, but if it starts to pound hard, then fear, strong emotions or anxiety could be the reason, as well as certain antidepressant medications.

Sweating can be caused by stress or anxiety as these conditions trigger a hormone in the brain that cause us to perspire.

Anxiety can lead to shortness of breath and a general difficulty breathing.

If you find it difficult to swallow for no good reason. A feeling that a piece of food is stuck in your throat, this can be a token of anxiety.

Abdominal pain, again for no good reason. This is often associated with stress or anxiety.

Sharp pains in the chest. This, of course, is what sends people rushing to emergency rooms, thinking they're suffering heart attacks. It's a sudden heavy feeling and can be quite startling.

Nausea or vomiting. For me, this was a sure sign. It may be caused by various factors, but anxiety is most certainly one. Oddly enough, I don't think I was ever actually sick. I just felt like it.

Hot and cold flashes. These are feelings in the upper body that wash over you like alternate waves.

Dizziness and difficulty in maintaining your balance, even when seated. This is a most peculiar feeling, because you feel as though you're going to fall out of the chair.

Lastly, there's the fear of losing control and quite literally rushing around screaming. This is a really nasty one, especially for the first time, you are sure he will definitely cross the line.

Those, then, are the physical symptoms for anxiety, and we've had a look at the three main causes. The problem with the causes is that there may be no cause at all! That's what the doctors and scientists are trying to discover. That one unknown

A simple definition of Social Anxiety Disorder is the fear involved with people interacting with other people, a fear that they don't measure up to another's social standard. Yes, they can succeed using this strategy but they must be willing to learn effective phone skills, make at least 100 calls per day, then try to duplicate the same practices to their downline.

For Networkers, like Nathan, who hate cold calling and failing, there IS a better way. Many Heavy Hitters know the solution. They use it keep a steady stream of members flowing through their business. Unfortunately, they don't readily share this information with everyone in their downline for fear of competition. Or, they just don't view everyone as capable of implementing these advanced tactics.

Here's The Solution:

1. Build Your Own List Of Prospects: Create what's called a "capture or landing" page. Highlight and express the pure benefits of joining you and your business, without giving away too much info. Make them curious and serious about signing and learning more! The written content on your capture page should be in conversational tone. Speak and relate to them just as you would a friend. Add an audio, and/or video of yourself to the page. To get started, choose one category of people to target and focus on for now: At home moms, dads, mlmers, Baby Boomers, college students, etc. This method will brand you as a leader, and have prospects calling YOU for a change!

2. Follow Up With An Autoresponder: Create a series of about 5 follow up letters (write more later) and add them to an autoresponder. Then, connect the autoresponder to your capture page. The letters will reflect the capture page, relate to the needs of your target (ex. At home moms), and provide a solution to their problems. Be sure to add your contact info, website address, testimonials, recorded call info, etc. Then, tell the prospect what to do at the end: Call you, join now, etc.

3. Promote Your Captures Page: Once the set up is complete, start marketing on (and off) the Internet. There are many resources to learn marketing: Books, CDs, DVDs, video tutorials, or e-books.

The objective is to become the hunted, and not the hunter! This one tactic creates 4 to 5 figure monthly incomes pretty quickly. Some Networkers, like Nathan, will step "outside of the box", and become leaders. They will move on to build massive organizations. The sad truth is: Most Networkers won't. So, instead of purchasing warn out MLM Genealogy List, and cold calling leads, follow suit and think like a Heavy Hitter.
